With the influx of new bloggers, I have decided to come up with some Blogging Etiquette and Rules. Please follow these if at all possible.
If you have a personal blog, please do not place Google Ads on your blog. Read my thoughts on that here: Google Ads
Please limit your posts. Meaning, if you have a personal blog, please don’t post 10 times a day. Wait until you have something to say to say it. (I broke my personal 1 post a day rule today, and have done so in the past quite a few times, I’m sorry)
Never launch a personal attack on someone.
Don’t ask someone to link your blog. If they find what you have to say important enough to direct users from their site onto yours, then feel honored.
If something you posted is not your original work, credit the original
If you are not going to post on your blog, don’t have a blog.
That’s all I can think of now, I’m sure I will be adding to this list in the future. Please fellow bloggers, follow these rules for the good of the blogging community.
