WordPress Linked List Plugin
WordPress Linked List Plugin allows you to specify WordPress posts that should be treated like an external link with a description. This is similar to what you see on Daring Fireball and some Tumblr blogs. I'm using it on piece of shep and when you click on the permalink or on the feed in your reader it should take you to the linked site.
