Jerry Orbach Jerry Orbach, best known for his long stint on TV’s Law and Order has passed away at the age of 69. He was battling prostate cancer. RIP to a good actor.

It’s been a while since my last update. Nothing much is going on except a wonderful Christmas, a nice break, and some business at work. Break is going by too quickly and I am not looking forward to going back.

I passed my Praxis Exam (by a wide margin!). So now all I have to do, is graduate and I will be a certified teacher! Yay for me.

The first time she saw it four years ago in a museum, Silvia Gonzalez knew there was something special about the skull found in Mexico City in 1959. Known as Pe?on Woman III, it was long and narrow, not round and broad cheeked like the usual skulls of prehistoric Native Americans. ?It looked so incredibly different,? Gonzalez says. ?Physically, it was very pleasing to the eye.?

Three star general William G. “Jerry” Boykin, deputy undersecretary of Defense for intelligence, is under investigation for suggesting “innovative techniques” for extracting information from Iraqi detainees.

Boykin, an evangelical Christian, appeared in uniform before a religious group last June to state that radical Islamists hate the US “because we’re a Christian nation, because our foundation and our roots are Judeo-Christian … and the enemy is a guy named Satan.”

In another venue, the outspoken Boykin said, “I knew my God was bigger than his. I knew that my God was a real God and his was an idol.”
